Q - What is Embroidery Mart?
A - Embroidery Mart is a national trade show featuring 1000's of products from your favorite suppliers for your commercial embroidery business/ apparel decoration business. Companies showcasing equipment (embroidery, direct garment printing, laser engraving, sublimation, heat press) digitizing software, blank goods, supplies and services are exhibiting at Mart-EAST.

Mart-EAST is your answer to "how do I boost sales and expand my business?"! When you attend Embroidery Mart, you receive immediate information and feedback, you can network with suppliers and peers face-to-face, you can check out the latest in the apparel decoration industry!

By attending the Mart, you will connect with the people, tools and knowledge you need to be successful!

Q - When is the show?
A - July 24-25, 2009

Q - What time is the show?
A - 10 AM – 5 PM on Friday and Saturday.

Q - Should I register before the Mart?
A - Pre-registration to attend the Trade Show is not required. HOWEVER, when you pre-register by June 26, 2009, you are entered in a drawing for a flat screen HDTV! To be eligible for this drawing, you must attend the Mart. Pre-registration closes at midnight, July 20, 2009. Once it ends, you CAN register at the door, for the same fee.

If you are experiencing difficulties with online registration, please call NNEP at 800-866-7396 between 9 AM - 5PM EST, before July 20 and your registration can be taken over the phone. After July 20, you can register at the event at the Nashville Convention Center.


Q - Can I register AT the show?
A - YES! Registration is open from 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM on Wednesday, 9 AM - 5 PM on Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM on Friday and 9 AM - 5 PM on Saturday.

Q - How do I register?
A - Register online (click on the maroon box in the upper left of this window) or mail, fax or call in your registration form. If you register ONLINE, you will be e-mailed an acknowledgement of your registration. If you register by phone, fax or mail, you will NOT be mailed an acknowledgement when you register for the Mart.

Q - How much?
A - Registration is $20/person. This covers BOTH DAYS at the Mart Trade Show and all the FREE Sessions presented by Exhibitors. If you are a current member of the National Network of Embroidery Professionals (NNEP), registration is Free for everyone that attends from your organization.

Q - Where is the show located?
A - Nashville Convention Center, Nashville, Tennessee

Q - Where can I stay?
A - For Hotel Reservations, the Renaissance Hotel, which is connected to the Nashville Convention Center at 800-266-9432 or 615-255-8400. Let them know you want the group rate for Embroidery Mart. The group rate expires if the block sells out completely.

Q - What Airport would I fly into?
A - Nashville Internationational Airport, and the airport code for checking flights is BNA.

Q - How do I get to Nashville Convention Center or Renaissance Hotel from the Airport?
A - You can take an airport shuttle to/from the hotel.

Q - What is the DoDuds Apparel Drive?
A - Each year, NNEP hosts a DoDuds Apparel Drive at this event for the Embroidery Network Foundation. NEW clothing, blank or decorated, can be donated. All collected apparel items will be donated to women's shelters, as they have great need for new apparel in all sizes, for women and children. Imagine what a difference we can make if everyone brings at least one item!

Q - What are Hooper collectibles?
A - As you enjoy Hooper’s sunny disposition, you will be reminded that you have played a role in adding a smile to another. Purchase your Hooper Collectible at the NNEP’s Booth in Nashville, for $20. The sale of these Hooper Collectible figurines is one of the primary fundraisers for Embroidery Network Foundation, which supports Women's Shelters across the United States.

Q - Can my kids attend?
A - No. The purpose of the Embroidery Mart is to conduct business. It is not set up to handle the needs of children, nor are child care services provided. Displays pose a possible danger with equipment, breakable items and stainable items.

Therefore children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the Exhibitor Hall or in the Sessions. Proof of age is required if you wish a minor, aged 14-18, to attend the Mart with you. You will need to make your own arrangements for child care while at this event. Please note this policy is strictly enforced - babes in arms and tots in strollers are not permitted in the trade show or the sessions.
